For the first time, we’re welcoming three extraordinary restaurant teams to Minneapolis to take the helm of our kitchen for one night only. We selected teams we admire for their focus and dedication to perfecting their craft of cooking and hospitality.
Not only are these three teams celebrated by their guests, they also share the honor of a Michelin star designation. We’re thrilled to host professionals who have been awarded 1, 2, and 3 Michelin stars in our space.
FRIDAY, MAY 3
Bobby Stuckey opened Frasca Food and Wine (Boulder, CO) in 2004 with the vision to create “the best neighborhood restaurant in the world” reminiscent of the Italian frascas he had visited in Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. Steeped in the food and wine traditions of this northeastern region of Italy, the restaurant has gone on to earn multiple James Beard awards and was awarded one Michelin star in 2023 with the introduction of the guide in Colorado.
Prior to opening Frasca, Stuckey worked at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country including The French Laundry, which earned a James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service under his direction. Chef Palazzola was appointed executive chef of Frasca in the spring of 2023 after joining the culinary team at Frasca Hospitality Group in 2022. He was previously a member of the culinary team at Mourad in San Francisco while the restaurant earned its first Michelin star.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 2
Aquavit (New York, NY) offers exquisite seasonal Nordic cuisine in Midtown New York. With respect to tradition, a penchant for excellence and the conviction to try new techniques and ingredients, Aquavit transforms Nordic cuisine with extraordinary care.
Bengtsson grew up in a small fishing village in Sweden. After culinary school in Stockholm, she moved to New York in 2010. Just four years later, Aquavit received two Michelin stars under her direction, officially making her the second female chef in the United States to helm a two Michelin star restaurant. In 2023, she earned the Michelin Guide New York 2023 Mentor Chef Award for her dedication to sustainability and mentoring the next generation of young chefs.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4
Bradley opened Addison (San Diego, CA) in 2006. Today, it is Southern California’s first and only three-star Michelin restaurant. Located in San Diego, it showcases the beauty and allure of California Gastronomy through Bradley’s distinct culinary perspective in an experience that celebrates regional ingredients and influences. Addison is among only 76 Relais & Châteaux restaurants worldwide, and, in addition to its Michelin designation, is the first and only restaurant in San Diego to be honored on La Liste, an international ranking system and guide. Bradley is committed to supporting the next generation of culinary talent and has served on the Ment’or Council for Bocuse d’Or Team USA since 2013.
Each guest chef will take the helm in our kitchen for one night only. Because of the unique U-shaped design of Demi’s dining counter, only 36 seats will be available for each experience.
The North Star Series experience includes a 9-course tasting menu with beverage pairings. Reservations are $695 per person, inclusive of beverages, service, and tax (alcohol-free beverage pairings are available), and will be released on Tock on the following dates:

July 1, 12 pm CT: Aquavit
September 1, 12 pm CT: Addison
