A 7-course tasting menu experience prepared and served by Demi’s chef team at our intimate kitchen counter. The Barrington Menu is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings through the month of November 2025.

THE WC WHITNEY MENU*
Our 10-course tasting menu experience builds on the foundation of the Barrington Menu with the addition of a few extra special courses. The WC Whitney Menu is available on Friday and Saturday evenings through the month of November 2025. Beginning December 1, 2025, the WC Whitney menu will be Demi’s sole menu, a 9-course tasting menu served Wednesday through Sunday. This evolution allows our team to share the most thoughtful expression of Demi each night.

A spirit-free selection of teas, infusions, juices, and shrubs prepared by our team to complement each course.
